Apollo 9 Jim McDivitt & Rusty Schweickart signed vintage “NASA Local Post” cover with 3 pieces of flown LM Kapton foil from the Apollo 9 Lunar Module, “Spider”. McDivitt & Schweickart were the first astronauts to fly the lunar module, which would later land Apollo 11 on the Moon. This signed cover is authentic in all respects. Kapton foil remnants are from APOLLOSPACE Apollo 9 Flown Kapton Covers (Signed Edition). Largest foil piece measure approximately 7/16ths inches long and second largest piece measures 4/16th inches. Third piece is a micro piece. Cover is in excellent.
